A DRUG driver from Basingstoke has been disqualified from driving for three years.
Jake Atkinson, of Berwyn Close, on March 17, drove a vehicle on Pennine Way with 4.4 micrograms of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is 2µg/L.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on July 13, the 27-year-old pleaded guilty to the driving offence.

Magistrates banned him from getting behind the wheel for three years and fined £461.
He must also pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £184.
