PRIMARK has unveiled a brand-new exciting look for its Basingstoke store.
The two-storey store, which opened in March 2008, has been newly refreshed and now boasts improved decor and updated fixtures and fittings, including product display rails and display units.
The shop's refit comes as part of Primark’s £140m investment in its UK store estate by the end of 2024, as announced last November.

Residents who pop in will also spot new signage, bringing the store in line with Primark’s latest store design.
Other changes include the installation of self-service checkouts as part of a trial to see how the service can benefit customers.
The response to the checkouts in other stores has been positive to date for customers who are short on time or making smaller purchases, Primark has said.
Richard Henley, Basingstoke store manager, said: “As a young trainee, I watched as Primark opened the doors of its Basingstoke store.
"Now, 15 years later, I am unbelievably proud to have relaunched the store as its manager, helping to create an even better experience for customers and colleagues of Primark Basingstoke alike. I can’t wait to hear what customers think.”
The store has also been updated with LED lighting as part of the business’ UK-wide rollout of more energy-efficient lighting, and it has invested in refreshing its back-of-house space for colleagues too.

Following the launch of a new customer website last year, customers in and around the Basingstoke area can also look online to browse current ranges and check the availability of products using the stock-checker before heading into the store.
The Basingstoke branch currently employs 150 colleagues and offers residents in the borough a range of womenswear, menswear, kidswear, beauty and home products.
