A BASINGSTOKE chiropractic and wellbeing clinic has launched in their new Kingsclere site with a special ribbon-cutting event.

Basingstoke-based Connective Chiropractic moved into their new home following a ribbon-cutting event at 55 Kingsclere Road, in Houndmills.

Borough councillor Laura James cut the red ribbon to open the clinic at 12 noon on Tuesday, July 25. Members of the clinic’s community of patients and guests were also in attendance along with the team.

On cutting the red ribbon, Cllr Laura James stated that she was delighted that the clinic and its community were joining the Norden ward from their previous site in Basing View.

Clinic owner and principal chiropractor James Harrison added: “We have always been one of the best-kept secrets of the town while being based within other people’s businesses, so it is a huge step for us to go it alone. Our move is a testimony to our fantastic community who have supported us and the real power of helping people to change their lives free from aches and pains.

He continued “Our launch celebrates months of hard work whilst maintaining our clinic operating hours. Following a lengthy legal process, an extensive fit-out process and even a burglary (days after building work started), the cutting of the ribbon signifies the start of a new future for us as individuals as well as a business. Nearly all of the contractors and professionals we used were locally sourced; Our move feels as much as a celebration of our fantastic area as well as an overdue expansion and upgrades for our clinic.”

The team are also providing a range of complimentary health talks and events.

Connective Chiropractic started on June 6, 2016, at Beechdown Health Club. Following its expansion into Arena Business Centre it received numerous awards including the North Hampshire Inspire Award New Business of the Year in 2017.
