BASINGSTOKE Town FC kick off their new season this weekend.

The first day of the Southern League Premier South gets underway on Saturday, August 5, with 'Stoke playing their first game away to Tiverton Town.

The full list of fixtures for the upcoming league campaign can be viewed here:

The list includes the date, time and venue for each fixture.

'Stoke will face the likes of Walton and Hersham, Winchester City, Didcot Town and more as they look to compete in their new league - having gained promotion on the final day of last season.

Speaking to the Gazette, manager Dan Brownlie previously stated: "We are not here to make up the numbers.

"What we did last year should now be a foundation to build from, rather than a ceiling.

"The boys are more than capable of competing at this level, and I'm excited to see what they can do, it's gonna be really good to test ourselves against these clubs."
