A MAN from Basingstoke has been fined for failing to correctly dispose of controlled waste.
Jamie Mansfield, of Carmichael Way, between March 3 and 26, 2020, failed to prevent harmful deposition, treatment or disposal of the waste.
During a hearing which was held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on August 8, the 32-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.

Magistrates fined Mansfield £250 and ordered him to pay compensation costs of £500, a surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £250.
