THREE people have been arrested on suspicion of supplying drugs after a vehicle was stopped in Basingstoke.
Officers stopped a vehicle on Colyer Close at around 9.30pm on Monday, September 4, and found suspected Class A and Class B drugs, a large quantity of cash, phones, a knife and other items, which police say could be used as weapons.
A 19-year-old man, from Basingstoke, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B, possession of a controlled drug of Class A and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
A 20-year-old man, from Basingstoke, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B.
A 21-year-old man, from Basingstoke, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B.
All three men remain in custody at this time, while enquiries are ongoing.
