A HAMSHIRE man has been fined after failing to attend/remain for the duration of an initial assessment following a drug test.
Christopher O'Donnell, of Georges Road in Aldershot, on June 14 in Basingstoke, failed to attend an initial assessment to establish whether he was dependent upon or had a propensity to misuse a Class A drug.

This came after a sample taken revealed that a Class A drug, cocaine, may have been present in his body.
The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence on Monday, September 4 during a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court.
Magistrates fined him £80 and ordered court costs of £40 and a surcharge fee of £32 to be paid.
