The charity events allow businesses to engage with their local communities, adding social value and communicating directly with their future workforce.
Senior leader at Oasis Academy Sholing, Tamasin Gale, said: “A fantastic opportunity for our young learners to have their eyes opened to a world of career opportunities they never knew existed."
A primary schools STEM fair will also be held in Basingstoke, in partnership with AWE, on Wednesday, March 13 at Queen Mary's College. The primary schools’ STEM Fair allows businesses to engage with pupils from an early age, educating them about careers in STEM and breaking down job role stereotypes.

Chief executive of EBP South, Richard Kennett, said: “We are pleased to be returning with an exciting and varied programme of Career Inspiration events in 2024. We aim to provide businesses with the opportunity to engage with young people across different year groups, helping to bridge the skills gap and address their corporate social responsibility.
"Helping young people realise the range of options that are available to them and how to access them is vital in creating a multi-skilled workforce for the future.”
