AN ART gallery and bespoke framemakers in Basingstoke town centre has shut its doors for good.
The Framemakers Galleries Ltd shop on Wote Street closed on Saturday, September 30.
A sign was placed on the front of the shop, it reads: "We are very sorry to be leaving Basingstoke after so many years and would like to thank our loyal customers for their support.
"Please remember our other galleries in Newbury and Marlborough will be happy to help with your future bespoke framing and your ready-made requirements."

It makes bespoke frames as well as selling art, prints and sculptures.
The sign also encourages residents to email framemakers@btconnect.com for any enquiries.
The Gazette has contacted the framemakers for a comment but has yet to receive a response.
