DRIVERS in and around Basingstoke and Deane will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• M3, from 9pm December 9 2020 to 6am November 9 2023, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 both directions, junction 10, slip road closures for M3 Concrete barrier Scheme.
And a further four closure will begin over the next two weeks:
• A34, from 8pm November 17 to 6am November 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A34 southbound, Whitchurch, slip road and lane closures for drainage work, diversion via National Highways network.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
