The shop sells a range of budget goods, including food, drink, stationery, home decorations and seasonal items.
A Poundland spokesperson said: “We’ve been unable to renew the lease for our store in Chineham so it will close in the new year.
“However, I’m pleased to say all colleagues will be able to relocate to nearby stores.
“It’s always disappointing to leave a store, but we look forward to continuing to welcome customers to our Festival Place store in Basingstoke.”
The Gazette has contacted Chineham Shopping Centre for comment.
