Welly boot exchange launches at Tadley Library to aid with the cost of living in the Winter.
Following the success of their coat exchange, which was launched last year, children’s welly boots are now also available at the library.
People can donate wellies they no longer need or take a pair of welly boots.

Both the coat and welly boot exchange launched this week, but the library says, ‘more donations are needed to make sure the initiative is a success.’
They added: “While the Coat Exchange is for adults and children’s coats, the Welly Boots Exchange is for children’s boots only.
“Children outgrow these quickly and have often only worn them a few times, so this is a good opportunity to pass them on and, if needed, pick up a larger size (if available).
“Residents who have any coats or children’s welly boots that they’d like to donate can bring them into the library. All items should be clean and in good condition.”
Both exchanges are part of the library’s Warm and Welcome campaign which aims to support people who are struggling with the cost of living in the colder months.
