A PROFOUND stillness enveloped Basingstoke on Sunday, as the town paused in a poignant tribute to fallen soldiers during the Remembrance Sunday ceremony.
Gathering from all corners of the community, residents, civic leaders, and councillors, alongside veterans and military personnel, converged at the War Memorial Park to solemnly reflect on the profound sacrifices made by those who dedicated their lives to service.

The ceremony unfolded with a solemn parade, commencing at Market Place and winding its way through the historic Top of the Town to the War Memorial.
