MAGISTRATES have endorsed a man’s driving licence with penalty points after he was caught carelessly driving.
Ivalin Taskov was spotted on the M3 at the A303 junction driving a Renault Master without due care and attention on Sunday, April 16.
During a hearing at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on Monday, November 6, the 24-year-old was found guilty of the offence. It was proved in his absence.
Taskov, of Kettering, was hit with six points on his driving licence and fined £440. He must also pay court costs of £110 and a £176 victim surcharge.
