AN EMPTY Basingstoke restaurant unit is on the market to let for £55,000 a year.
Italian-inspired Little Frankie’s closed in June 2020 when owners Frankie and Benny’s announced it would shut 120 of its outlets permanently.
The unit at Basingstoke Leisure Park has been empty ever since.

Estate agents Curchod and Co LLP (incorporating London Clancy), is marketing the unit in Churchill Way West for £55,000 per year.
The fully fitted restaurant has free public car parking at the Leisure Park and includes a dining area, bar, kitchen and staffroom.
The premises is on the corner of the ice rink building adjacent to the Odeon Cinema.
