A BASINGSTOKE gymnast has finished fourth in the final of the 2023 European Aerobic Championships.
Felix Smith, 15, from Basingstoke Gymnastics Club was selected to represent Great Britain at the championships held in Antalya, Turkey.
The competition took place from November 17 to 19 and saw aerobic gymnasts from across Europe take to the competition floor to battle it out to be crowned a European champion.

Felix competed in the junior individual men’s competition and secured an impressive fourth place with a score of 19.050.
He did an incredible job and will definitely be one to watch in the future.
Amelia Thynee and Starr Hockham from Basingstoke Gymnastics Club were also selected to represent Great Britain at the championships in the junior trio competition.
Amelia and Starr didn’t secure a spot in the final but were placed 18th in the competition with an impressive score of 16.800.
