As previously reported, the power went out at approximately 4am on Sunday, November 26, however, it was restored on November 27 after 10.30am.

According to SSEN, the outage was ‘unplanned’.
A spokesperson for SSEN said: “All supplies were restored by 10.30am. However, due to the nature of the fault properties were brought on individually as the fuses had to be replaced inside the affected properties one by one.”
