Elaine Stratford, sales and marketing director at Bewley Homes, said: "It was heartwarming to witness the community come together at our inaugural Meet the Neighbour event at Sovereign Gate. At Bewley, we prioritise fostering a sense of belonging, and events like these allow us to celebrate the festive spirit while bringing neighbours closer together.
"When residents feel a sense of belonging and connection to their neighbours, it positively impacts their quality of life. Our Meet the Neighbour events are designed to break the ice and create opportunities for individuals, couples and families to come together, and form friendships that will extend far beyond the event itself. We are proud to see the bonds that are formed and the positive impact it has on our communities."
