A MAN has been jailed for 10 months after breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and shoplifting in Aldershot.
Takunda Kamanga, 25, of Farnborough Road, Farnborough, was sentenced at Basingstoke Magistrates on Tuesday, December 12.
The court heard that Kamanga threatened a man before stealing Nike clothing worth more than £195 from Sports Direct in Aldershot on 10 December.
He was charged with theft from a shop, breaching a CBO, breaking / likely to break bail conditions and using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress.

The CBO had been imposed on December 1, which banned him from entering Aldershot for two years.
Kamanga received the CBO after items worth more than £520 were stolen from JD Sports, Bargain Buys and Boots in Aldershot between October 31 and November 8.
Meanwhile, on December 6, Kamanga entered the Lidl store in Aldershot and stole food worth more than £95.
He also entered Aldershot on December 8 and December 10. He was charged with theft from a shop, breaching a CBO and breaking / likely to break bail conditions.
Kamanga admitted all of the offences and was jailed for a total of 10 months at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
