THE A303 was blocked for hours after a car pulling a horsebox was involved in a crash.
Police were called to the scene at 12.52pm on Sunday, December 17, after the vehicle crashed.
Hampshire Constabulary said there were no reports of any people or animals being injured.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called at 12.52pm to a single vehicle collision on the A303 near Micheldever. No injuries have been reported."
They added: "The vehicle involved was a car pulling a horse trailer. We’ve had no reports of any horses being injured."
The crash caused severe delays in the eastbound lanes of the A303 between Micheldever Road and Popham Airfield for more than three hours.
The road was reopened at approximately 4pm.
