NEW restaurant has opened at a luxury Hampshire hotel with a menu featuring fresh dishes inspired by Southeast Asia.
Café Sante, located at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hook, recently opened offering a range of ‘reconceptualised spa dining’.
The restaurant is located alongside the 18th Century stable block spa at the hotel which offers a range of facials and massages including its signature Harley Street facial to ‘deeply nourish and hydrate’.

The menu offers acai bowls, a dish made from frozen and mashed acai berries and often topped with granola and fruit, as well as Vietnamese rolls, green curry, salmon teriyaki, fried rice and more.
Mango saga, lychee bowls, exotic fruit salad and chai tea rice pudding are also offered as dessert options on the menu.
According to a spokesperson for the Four Seasons hotel, the café is a “delicious haven for relaxation and shared moments with flavour-rich specialities and light nutritional dishes".
