A DRIVER who failed to co-operate with a drugs test and then failed to provide a specimen for analysis has been disqualified.
Ian Nish, of Millard Close, Basingstoke, did not comply with a preliminary impairment test when he was stopped in the town on Thursday, October 10.
The 52-year-old then failed to provide a specimen for a laboratory test.
During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, December 5, Nish pleaded guilty to the two offences.
He was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £276. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £110 victim surcharge.
