A TEENAGER from Basingstoke who was found to be in possession of Cannabis has been fined.
On Thursday, September 21, Kainum Mercer-Pritchard, of Charnwood Close, was found with a quantity of the Class B drug cannabis in Basingstoke.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, January 4 the 19-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.

Magistrates ordered a fine of £80 to be paid and court costs of £40.
The drugs will be destroyed.
