A BASINGSTOKE estate agency with over 30 years combined experience is offering key workers a discount scheme.
After starting their careers in the property market when they were teenagers, Jamie Bennett and Matt Eady-Smith took the plunge in March 2023 to open their own estate agent, Right Choice.
Jamie, born and bred in Basingstoke, was most recently a branch manager for a leading national estate agent in the borough, which has more than 170 offices nationwide.

Matt moved from Tadley to Basingstoke in 2012 and in the last 15 years of being an estate agent has successfully run two branches.
The pair have worked together for several years, so after hours of discussions at the end of 2022, they agreed their wide knowledge together could provide customers with a great buying and selling experience.
Right Choice Estate Agents is based in Basingstoke and opened in 2023.

The business is now offering a blue light discount to key workers through the Members Discounts UK scheme, bringing discounts and offers to NHS staff and Unite Members, with customers entitled to a 40 per cent discount off the estate agencies standard selling fees.
Director, Jamie said: "We feel all key workers provide a fantastic essential service for their local communities and we would love to do everything we can to support them."
