A BASINGSTOKE man was found unresponsive in a communal hallway by a neighbour, an inquest heard.
On Saturday, February 18, Jason Armstrong, of Bermuda Close, was found in the communal area of the building he lived in.
Emergency services were called but the 56-year-old retired carpenter had died.
An inquest into his death took place on Thursday, January 18 at Winchester Coroner's Court.

Area coroner Rosamund Rhodes-Kemp told the court that he "had a history of alcoholism and mental illness".
The court also heard that he was intermittently under the care of mental health services but often declined help.
Ms Rhodes-Kemp declared the cause of death as suicide.
