AN arrest has been made after a man in his 20s was stabbed in Basingstoke's town centre.
Hampshire Constabulary officers were called to a report that a man in his 20s had been stabbed on Churchill Way in Basingstoke at 6.40pm on Saturday, January 13.
He was taken to hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries and has since been discharged,
Officers have been carrying out various enquiries and have now made an arrest.
A 31-year-old man from Basingstoke has been arrested on suspicion of conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.

He remains in custody and enquiries are ongoing.
A police spokesperson said: "Officers continue to investigate the incident and would like to appeal for witnesses and information.
