A MAN has been jailed for eight weeks for shoplifting and vehicle interference in Aldershot.
Leonard Jones, 38, of Longacre, Ash, pleaded guilty to theft from a shop, vehicle interference and breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Basingstoke Magistrates' Court heard Jones stole items worth more than £50 from the Co-op store on Lower Farnham Road, December 31.
Meanwhile, on January 17, Jones tried to gain access to a Vauxhall Astra which was parked on Woodland Walk.
He also breached a Criminal Behaviour Order, which banned him from entering Aldershot when not attending a pre-arranged appointment.
Jones was jailed for a total of eight weeks at the magistrates court on Tuesday, January 23.
