A BASINGSTOKE woman has been handed points after being caught speeding.
Dawn Clarke, of Tortuga Walk, on Sunday, October 9 drove an Audi A3 on Popley Way at a speed of 44 miles per hour, exceeding the 30 miles per hour speed limit.
During a hearing held at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Monday, January 15 she was found guilty of the offence in her absence.

She had previously pleaded not guilty to the offence on Thursday, May 25 last year.
Magistrates handed the 42-year-old five penalty points and ordered a fine of £440 to be paid.
Court costs of £620 and a surcharge fee of £176 must be paid.
