CASH and suspected Class A drugs have been found in Basingstoke.
The news comes after a man has been arrested on suspicion of a drugs offence.
Hampshire Constabulary police officers were in the Sarum Hill area of Basingstoke on Tuesday, January 30 and noticed a man acting suspiciously.

After carrying out a search, officers found suspected Class A drugs and cash.
A 28-year-old man, from Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A.
He remains in custody while enquiries are ongoing.
