A MAN in his 30s has suffered serious but non life-threatening injuries after he was assaulted with a knife in Basingstoke.
The incident happened at around 11pm on Friday, January 19, near the junction of Queen Mary Avenue and Arlott Drive.
The man suffered injuries to his back, arm and head, and was taken to hospital to be treated.
He has since been discharged.
Since this was reported, officers have been carrying out various lines of enquiries.
They are now appealing to the public for any information which may help.
