DRUGS and cash were found by police at a property in Basingstoke when they carried out a warrant and arrested two men.
Officers from the Basingstoke Priority Crime Team and Northern Neighbourhood Enforcement Team attended an address in Appleton Drive, Popley today (February 1) just before 7am to carry out a warrant.

Items including suspected Class A and B drugs, cash and drug paraphernalia were found inside the property.
Two men were arrested at the scene on suspicion of drugs offences.
A 28-year-old man and a 24-year-old man, both from Basingstoke, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug and possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B.
They remain in custody while police enquiries are ongoing.
