AN inquest has opened into the death of a Tadley man who was in a crash last year.
Craig Long, of Gorselands, died on October 19 on Aldermaston Road between Basingstoke and Tadley.
Mr Long, 52, was on his motorbike when the incident happened.
Senior coroner Christopher Wilkinson opened the inquest at Winchester Coroners' Court on Tuesday, February 6.

Mr Wilkinson confirmed that Mr Long died at the scene. The inquest heard that a post mortem had been completed by consultant pathologist Dr Adnan Al-Badri who gave the causes of death as severe head and chest injuries.
At the time of his death, Mr Long's family released a tribute which said: "Craig was taken far too soon. He will be missed greatly by his wife, children, family and friends."
Mr Wilkinson adjourned the case for a full inquest to be held on May 29 at Winchester Coroners' Court.
