The applicant said in a cover letter to the council that he does not and has never held any plans for the property since it has been a B&B for at least 30 years.
According to the planning application, there will be no changes made to the building.
The landlord is looking to put longer-term guests in the house as a house of multiple occupancy rather than short-term guests as a bed-and-breakfast.
