The cafe also thanked the customers, they said: "What remains is the almost impossible task of finding words that will do justice to the debt of gratitude that is owed to you all - customers who have become friends, and dear friends who have become invaluable colleagues - for the very real joy and trials of the journey these past four years.
"The dream when we opened was that the cafe would be a space where we could serve people a tea or coffee with a smile, so that anyone would know they are welcome any time, but our remarkable reality was to discover a community that has generously and wholeheartedly welcomed us, and served us. So thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, and coffee mugs.
"But like any good film that feels as though it may have ended too soon, we leave with the hope of a sequel. Should this come to pass it will likely be different in every way, except the one that matters - community. If you are interested in a possible next chapter, please watch this space."
The post was followed by an outpouring of emotion from the community, with comments saying that the cafe was like 'a second home' and that there is nothing but 'amazing memories and love for Pueblo'.
