A WELLBEING workshop will be held this month with an aim to foster a healthy and thriving community in Basing View.
The complimentary workshop on Tuesday, February 27, has been organised by Arena Offices and will provide an opportunity for the Basingstoke business community to visit The Grosvenor and experience the Arena atmosphere,
Attendees will also gain an insight into how food and nutrition impact our daily lives.
Registered nutritional practitioner, Layla Gordon, will give a talk providing insight into nutrition and health, giving expert advice about ultra-processed foods and what to eat instead to boost our mood and productivity.
Layla runs workplace workshops to help busy professionals gain more productivity and focus by making sustainable dietary and lifestyle choices.

Travel counsellor Ally Case will speak to attendees about how to craft the perfect getaway.
Her session aims to shed light on the importance of relaxation, mental health, and the significance of proper downtime away from work.
The workshop comes after Arena Offices completed £12m refurbishment of Grosvenor House, in Basing View, which now includes a rooftop terrace and bar.
