A BASINGSTOKE man who stole Nike trainers from Sports Direct has been ordered to pay back costs and fined.
On Thursday, December 28, Jack Harris, of Winterthur Way, stole Nike Air Max Invigors trainers, in size eight, costing £80, belonging to Sports Direct in Basingstoke.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Monday, February 26, the 27-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Magistrates ordered a fine of £35 and compensation cost of £80 to be paid.
