A CAFE serving veterans and their families will open in Hampshire, providing a sense of community and support.
The Help for Heroes cafe in Aldershot will be held at the Karuna Coffee House in Wellington Street on Friday, April 5 with all ex-armed forces personnel, and their relatives, invited to drop in.
The cafe will support veterans in the community, bringing them together in a space to meet new people and find out what support is available from Help for Heroes, a charity supporting them with their physical and mental health, in addition to their financial, social and welfare needs.

Aldershot, which is known as the 'Home of the British Army' has a large population of current and former service personnel, due to the heavy military presence in the town.
Karuna Coffee House, which will host the event, is owned by Karuna Action, an Aldershot-based charity providing education, healthcare and income-generation support to residents in 11 countries across the globe, with all profits from the cafe donated to the charity.
