AVIATION veterans at Hook's Old Raven House care home relished a day at the Army Flying Museum, in Middle Wallop.
Organised by Healthcare Management Solutions, eight residents including former pilots, air traffic controllers, and an MBE-awarded aviation designer, participated in the trip.
This is part of the home's entertainment schedule aimed at enriching lives. The museum tour offered a chance to revisit their past, sharing memories of their careers.

The institution represents the history of British Army Flying, featuring numerous aircraft including a record-breaking 1972 Lynx helicopter and a 1916 Sopwith Pup.
Anne Turner, the manager of Old Raven House, said: "It was so lovely to see our residents so engaged and hear all of their stories during their visit to the Army Flying Museum.
"Their memories brought the exhibits to life in a way that was truly special. This trip wasn't just a visit; it was a nostalgic journey for many of our residents, reminding them of the adventures and camaraderie they experienced in their aviation careers."
