A DRINK driver who was caught driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit in a Basingstoke car park has been disqualified.
Sukhjoat Gill, 24, of Lane's End in Chineham, had 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when he was stopped at Joyces Yard car park in Basingstoke on June 17.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms per 100 millilitres.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence on Thursday, November 9.
However, he was later found guilty following a trial at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on Friday, May 3.
Subsequently, Gill was disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £1,177.
He must also pay £625 court costs and £471 surcharge.
