BASINGSTOKE and Deane's motorists will have four road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network over the next two weeks.
Two of them are expected to cause moderate delays, with drivers facing hold-ups of between 10 minutes and half an hour.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

• A303, from 8pm April 8 to 6am July 6, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A34 both directions M3, junction 9 to Three Maids Hill, carriageway closures for resurfacing work.
• A303, from 10pm May 19 to 5am September 9, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A34 both directions Bullington Cross to Wash Common, carriageway closure for National Grid works.
And a further two closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• M3, from 8pm May 20 to 6am May 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 both directions, junction 6, Lane closures for drainage work.
• A34, from 8pm June 3 to 6am June 4, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A34 both directions Whitchurch to Litchfield, Lane closures for maintenance works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
