A BASINGSTOKE man has been fined and given five penalty points for riding a motorcycle without having the correct driver's licence.
David Westmoreland, 33, of Aidan Court in Robertson Way, rode a Honda C90N motorcycle on Sherborne Road on October 14, despite not having the correct driver’s licence authorising him to ride a vehicle of that class.
After pleading guilty, he was given five penalty points on his driving record.
On Monday, May 13, Aldershot Magistrates’ Court also ordered him to pay £40 fine, £40 costs of court, and £16 surcharge.
