A NEW rooftop terrace has officially opened in Basingstoke, offering stunning views and space for socialising and events.

The terrace is part of the newly refurbished Grosvenor House, a serviced office building located in the heart of Basing View.

The VIP launch party, held under warm sunshine, showcased the terrace's potential.

Guests enjoyed a Greek-themed buffet and Prosecco from L'arte Coffee House while networking and taking in the panoramic cityscape.

Grosvenor House marks Arena Offices' latest addition, having officially opened for business in October 2023.

The building's transformation is remarkable, taking a once-dilapidated tower block and turning it into a modern hub for small and medium-sized businesses across the south.

The refurbishment project spanned 30 months and completely revitalised the former Hampshire Constabulary building.

An additional floor is also scheduled to open in the building, adding 146 desks and further expanding the facility's offerings.

Regional manager, Carys England said: "We are excited to open the rooftop terrace to our clients at Grosvenor House, offering them a space for both day-to-day use and private hire.

“With the rooftop terrace officially opening, it provides clients with another space to use and benefit from.

“It’s a great place to come away from the desk and get outside in the sunshine, or even use for a company social or networking event. L’Arte Coffee House has got an alcohol license, so people using the terrace can have the full hospitality package with drinks and food."
