A MAN has been charged with GBH following an assault in Basingstoke.
Ryley Allwright, 18, of Willoughby Way, Basingstoke, was arrested and charged after a recent police appeal.
Allwright was charged with wounding and inflicting GBH without intent after an incident in Joices Yard, Basingstoke on Monday, May 6.

He will appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court today, Monday, May 27.
A statement from police on Facebook reads: "CHARGED: Thanks to all who shared our recent appeal. We can now update you that an 18-year-old from Basingstoke has been arrested and subsequently charged with wounding / inflicting GBH without intent. It follows a reported incident in Basingstoke on Monday 6 May.
"Ryley Brian Harry Allwright, of Willoughby Way, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Monday 27 May)."
