A VETERINARY clinic and pet shop will open in Chineham Shopping Centre later this year, according to adverts placed on the unit.
Pet Practice and Pets Corner, an independent vets group and carbon-neutral pet store, has placed adverts on a unit previously occupied by Poundland.
The advert reads: "New vet surgery opening Autumn 2024. We're just scrubbing up and preparing your new state-of-the-art surgery."

Another advert for Pet's Corner reads: "Your new local pet shop is on its way. Opening summer 2024."
As previously reported, Poundland shut its doors on December 31 as the company was unable to renew its lease for the unit.
Pets Corner currently occupies another unit at Chineham Shopping Centre, however, it is not clear whether this will be closed due to the opening of the new store.
The Gazette has contacted Pets Corner and Pets Practice for comment.
