Currently let for £13,800 per annum, the guide price is more than £140,000.
Flat 214 at Churchill Place was previously a Barclays Bank office before being converted to residential use.
Auction appraiser, Joe Rocks, said of the Alton office: "This attractive building, which comes with vacant possession, is situated in the heart of Alton town centre, having previously served as office accommodation for the local authority including partial use as a tourist information centre.
"The building has the further major advantage for any town centre building of car parking. It is considered that the building could serve a number of future uses including, of course, as offices.
"Alternatively, residential conversion is also considered a possibility subject to all required consents being obtainable."
The auction ends on June 12, with live bidding starting on June 10.
