A man from Basingstoke has been fined for driving a vehicle while being disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence.
Lenny Rice, 25, of Basingfield Close, in Old Basing, drove the vehicle on Barbel Avenue in Basingstoke on February 23.
He was also found guilty of driving without a third party licence.
Rice pleaded guilty to the offence on April 25.
At Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on May 23 he was given a community order and fined £85 costs.
The community order includes electronic monitoring for three months. Rice has to remain at his home address from 8pm to 6am during this time.
He has also been disqualified further from driving for six months.
