A DRINK driver has been fined and disqualified after he was caught over the limit while behind the wheel.
William King, 27, of Highland Drive in Oakley, had 84 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when he was stopped while driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Bolton Crescent in Basingstoke on April 9.
The prescribed limit is 35 micrograms.

He pleaded guilty to the charge.
On May 21, Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court disqualified him from driving for 20 months. He should also attend a course.
The court also ordered him to pay £120 fine, £45 costs and £40 surcharge.
