A WHITCHURCH man has been disqualified from driving for not identifying the driver of a vehicle.
Nathan Jones, 34, of London Road, was required by police to give identification of a Volkswagen Passat driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on July 28, 2023.
He pleaded guilty to the charge on May 20.
On the same day, Aldershot Magistrates' Court gave him six penalty points and disqualified him from driving for six months.
He was ordered to pay £400 fine, £110 costs, and £160 surcharge.
