A BUILDING firm has completed the construction of a 209,000 square foot development in Basingstoke.
Glencar has announced that the facility at G-Park, in Priestley Road, which is part of the Houndmills industrial area, took 12 months to build.
It has been constructed for property development company Wrenbridge, its funding partner Bridges Fund Management, and global logistics operator GLP.

The building has been designed to be sustainable with an ‘excellent’ BREEAM rating, which recognises sustainable buildings.
The building has 162 car parking spaces and 10,829 sq ft office space over two storeys.
Glencar’s managing director Roy Jones said: “Delivering another successful project for our much valued repeat customer, Wrenbridge, marks a significant milestone for us.
“The advanced features of this facility, including intelligent energy-saving systems and PV panels, enhance operational efficiency and contribute to significant cost savings. Our team’s dedication has resulted in a top-class development that we are excited to showcase.”
