A FAMILY wellness day in Basingstoke will take place in August.

TitanEarth Family Wellness Day is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 17, between 11am and 4pm on Kempshott Hall field, with the goal to support businesses, wellness and fitness.

The organisers, aspiring to promote a cooperative business ecosystem, are entrepreneurs from the fitness industry.

In a bid to promote wellness, they are launching Gym Titan, an affordable gym clothing brand, alongside a community fitness class, EarthFlow Fitness.

The day is organised by the people behind GymTitan (Image: Gym Titan) They are also collaborating with Neelam Yoga & Wellness for a new fitness class that combines a 15-minute walk or run, 15 minutes of body exercises, and a 30-minute yoga session.

It's scheduled every Saturday from 9.30am on the field at Kempshott Hall.

The introductory class will be held during the wellness day.

The event will also showcase a variety of businesses and wellness practitioners such as Beats Fitness, Rockbox, Peak Fitness, and Turtle Tarot Emporium.

Attendees can expect a range of services including mindfulness teachings, nutrition advice, boxing tasters, and holistic products.

Families are ensured a fun day out with children's activities like bouncy castles and balloons.

The event, aimed at focusing on physical activity and supportive community for improving mental wellbeing, will be free.

Everyone is invited to experience wellness, fitness, and community spirit.
